Cached input uses the ordinary input rate. Thinking counts as output. Tool instructions, conversation history, and tool results count as input when sent to the assistant. Each assistant call in a tool workflow is billed.
A request reserves credit before it runs, then settles against actual usage and releases the unused reservation. Card top-ups start at $5 USD. We absorb processing fees, so a $5 card payment adds $5 in purchased credit after verification. Wallet top-ups start at $1 and add the verified net payment received after fees. For example, a $1 wallet payment with a $0.015 payment fee adds $0.985 in purchased credit.
Eligible new customers receive an additional $0.50 in bonus credit after their first qualifying top-up on either payment method. Creating an account does not add free credit. The bonus is one-time, is not added retroactively to earlier purchases, and is reduced proportionally if the payment is refunded or reversed. See the bonus terms.

What makes this assistant different?
The model has been adapted to reduce refusals, giving you more room to explore difficult or unconventional questions. That does not guarantee an answer to every prompt, agreement with your assumptions, or accurate results. Available credit, technical limits, and the service terms still apply.
Is my conversation saved or used for training?
Saved chats and workspace material can persist so you can return to your work. Winfield Research Corporation does not sell your content or use it to train models. Inference and optional tools involve service providers; this is not a zero-retention service. Read our data-handling guide for storage, sharing, and deletion details.
How do I sign in or reset my password?
Enter your email address to request a verification link, then follow it to choose your password and create your account. If you forget your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page to request a reset link.
Can I get help with my account or a payment?
Email [email protected]. Include the relevant payment attempt ID if you have one, but never send passwords, wallet recovery phrases, or private keys. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by law.
